If you were going to buy goods from China to Egypt( a container of a certain product),What is the easiest way to work out marine and air cargo expenses?

First I know of no carrier that will ship a container via air. Second, is to first ask the supplier who they have used as a freight forwarder as you may get a price break using their contacts. Third, you will have to get some price quotes from freight forwarders in your area. If your doing LCL it may also help to check with an NVOCC otherwise known as a Non-Vessle Operating Common Carrier.
